Who operates the service
The current operator is Elvis Kopmanis. EquitySweep is not yet a registered company. Contact Elvis Kopmanis for privacy questions, access requests or requests to stop communications.
Information used
Beta registration records your email, signup time, status, source and hosting-supplied country information. Invitation records can include delivery and acceptance status. These records are used to manage access and related correspondence.
Authenticated accounts and connected exchange accounts can supply account identifiers, balances, positions and activity permitted by your key. Technical request information is handled by the hosting infrastructure. Display preferences may be saved in your browser.
Service email and marketing
Beta registration is for invitations and access-related messages. It is not, by itself, consent to unrelated promotional email. Marketing is planned and must have a separate opt-in and a working unsubscribe route before it is enabled.
For current communications, use the contact route to request that they stop. An account-settings control may be added later; you should not need an app login to opt out of marketing. Necessary security or account messages are separate from promotional messages.
Providers and permissions
The public service uses Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Email delivery services may handle access-related messages. Connected-account information is obtained from the exchange according to the permissions granted.
Credential revocation in the current connection flow removes the stored credential material. Revoke the key at the exchange as well if you want the venue to stop accepting it. Historical account records are not automatically erased by revocation.
Proposed retention schedule
The following is the intended beta retention policy, pending implementation and confirmation. It does not claim that automatic cleanup already runs.

Requests and finalisation
Use Contact Elvis Kopmanis to ask about your data, request a correction or deletion, or object to marketing. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Never send API secrets as proof of identity.
Applicable rights, processing grounds, complaint routes and international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed once the operating jurisdiction and provider inventory are settled. This interim information does not claim legal completeness.
