Frequently asked questions

The practical details, in plain language.

What is EquitySweep?

EquitySweep is a market research and learning workspace that brings charts, order flow, liquidity and account context together. Explore how buying, selling and resting orders interact, learn to read market activity, and investigate what may be driving a price move. You can come to follow the market, study a question or research a trade.

Does the public beta trade automatically for me?

No. Public access focuses on research, available signals and monitoring. Private automation is planned. Any future subscription or private agreement would have separate eligibility and permissions; beta signup does not authorise orders.

Can I act on a signal manually?

Yes. You can review a signal and choose whether to place an order manually at your exchange. Check its instrument, timing, entry conditions and risk before acting. A delayed signal may no longer describe the current market.

What happens when I connect an exchange account?

The current public connection flow supports read-only account monitoring. The permissions shown at connection determine what the key permits. A read-only connection does not grant authority to trade or withdraw funds.

Are the results live-money returns?

The public results currently describe independent shadow-worker accounts with simulated fills. Exchange demo and any separately identified live-account results are different records. Read the source and date on each display.

What does EquityIQ explain?

It reports account activity and turns measured chart observations into concise readings. Its chart pill can be opened to inspect supporting observations. It is not a guarantee or a command to buy or sell.

What do the animated cluster rings show?

They visually encode properties of measured order-flow clusters, including relative strength. They are not a probability of a profitable trade or a market-temperature forecast.

Why can a footprint or heatmap look incomplete?

Recorded coverage, capture resolution and source availability can vary. A view with missing history cannot be treated as proof that the market was quiet. The product should identify unavailable data separately from an empty result.

Is the beta free?

Available public beta features are free. The plan cards describe future product tiers as planned; they do not make every listed future feature available today.

Can I buy or rent a worker?

Not yet. Worker access is being explored. Pricing, eligibility, versioned performance records and execution permissions need to be defined before a public offering.

Will news, events and streams be included?

That is part of the product direction: upcoming events, relevant headlines, direct source links and available broadcasts alongside related charts. See the Roadmap for the distinction between current tools and planned additions.

Who decides whether I trade?

You do. Public research and signals support your decision; they do not assess your financial circumstances. You remain responsible for orders you place, the permissions you grant and the risk you accept.

Can I lose more than I expected?

Yes. Leverage, liquidation, gaps, fees, funding and poor execution can materially change the outcome. A stop is not a guarantee of execution at its stated price. Read the Risk page before using signals with real money.

Why do previews show a capture date?

The landing-page previews are interactive components using recorded snapshots. They are refreshed when the site is published, rather than streaming from the trading service on every visit.

Who operates EquitySweep?

Elvis Kopmanis currently operates the project. A company and final operating jurisdiction have not yet been selected. Use the Contact page for support and privacy requests.

What age is required?

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity where you live. A higher local age requirement takes precedence. Exchange and future product restrictions may also apply.

How do I stop emails?

Use the contact route to stop current beta communications. Promotional email will require separate consent and an unsubscribe route before it is enabled; beta registration alone is not marketing consent.
